Team Training

Teams may have incredibly low morale that is detrimental for everyone – employees, managers and clients or customers. Confidential Team Effectiveness Surveys may be completed and results discussed collaboratively with management and employees.

Facilitation and mediation skills are used to help the groups work together to diagnose process and communication issues, hear and understand everyone’s viewpoints, discuss options and determine resolution methods. By also learning to understand different behavioral styles, the group is able to work more effectively as a team, improve customer service and safety and be happier and more productive in their work environment.

Often training and teaching are used interchangeably. This is an interactive experiential learning process. We will work with you to individualize a successful program based on the needs of the team or group. Trainings are 4 hours to 16 hours and include:

  • Simple Communication (so we understand each other);
  • 7 Steps to Creative Resolution of Workplace Conflict;
  • 8 Steps to Successful Project Partnering; and
  • “The Four Agreements” in the Workplace.
